Material disclosures

The distinctions between source data, generated analysis, market information, commercial relationships, and demonstrated performance.

Data provider

The Racing API Standard is the initial primary racing-data source. Attribution identifies the source and does not suggest that the provider endorses True Overlay, its estimates, or its subscription plans.

Artificial intelligence

AI produces structured rankings and explanations from supplied normalized fields. Deterministic application code validates runner identity, evidence fields, probability totals, price arithmetic, timestamps, and storage. AI output may still be wrong or incomplete.

Market prices

Displayed prices can become stale, may not be available to every person, and can vary by territory, account, liquidity, deduction, or commission. A market gap is a timestamped comparison, not proof that a bet is profitable.

Performance

The beta starts its public performance record at zero. Demonstration races, simulated histories, and earlier fictional ROI or strike-rate claims are not part of the production record. Conclusions should be based only on prospectively published and officially settled predictions.

Affiliates

Bookmaker links remain hidden unless a relationship, campaign, jurisdiction, disclosure, and age requirement have been approved. If affiliate links are enabled, True Overlay may receive compensation after a qualifying referral; that relationship must be displayed beside the link.
