True Overlay provides experimental horse-racing analysis, derived probability estimates, documentation, and historical prediction records. It is not a bookmaker, financial adviser, fiduciary, or guarantee of an outcome.

You must meet the legal gambling age and comply with the laws that apply where you live. You may not use the service to evade territory restrictions, attack infrastructure, share credentials, scrape restricted data, or reproduce provider data beyond permissions granted to you.

Paid plans renew according to the terms displayed at checkout. Cancellations and billing management are handled through the customer portal. Usage quotas, API access, and retained-history limits may depend on the active tier.

Predictions can be wrong. Data can be incomplete, delayed, corrected, or unavailable. You retain responsibility for every decision and should never risk money you cannot afford to lose.

True Overlay owns its application, presentation, and derived prediction records. Third-party racing data remains subject to its provider's rights and terms. A subscription does not grant a licence to resell or reconstruct the raw source feed.

Features, coverage, quotas, models, and integrations may change during the beta. Material product changes are recorded in the public changelog.
